I am somewhat appalled at myself for feeling like getting up at 7:45 counts as getting up early. I decided to "Take it to the Front" today (thanks Doug & Amie Weir), and did 50% extra exercisin'. I ellipticized for 90 minutes instead of 60, and burned 1200 calories instead of 800. So I did my ellipticising today (1 hr, 815 calories, 5.07 miles) and then tried something new: I took my newly inflated basketball (thanks for the air pump, dad!) and "shot a few hoops" on my apartment's court. I say "shot a few hoops" because mostly it was me shooting, missing, and running after the ball. I got some good sun and ran around a bit, so it was good. Maybe I'll try again soon :)
